JOB DESCRIPTION

Provides all‐inclusive support for Tax leaders including managing and coordinating numerous programs and processes in
support of business operations.
 Performs administrative support tasks including drafting correspondence, preparing reports and other documents for the
department leaders.
 Provides photocopy, scanning, and other document management services. Processes mail, overnight packages and orders
supplies when needed.
 Coordination of event and meeting setup and implementation. Ensures that meeting rooms are neat and ready for use by
clients and visitors and prep them for meetings.
 First responder to day-to-day facility concerns reported or identified. Coordinates with internal P&N team members,
landlord / vendors to resolve issues. Oversees work completed by third parties.
 Assists with supply ordering for the Baton Rouge office.
 Maintain and track inventory and assets of third-party vendors including but not limited to copiers, fax machines, water.
machines, ice machines, vending machines, etc. Maintains firm and vendor records and ensures that they are kept up‐to‐
date.
 Meets client/key contacts and establishes appropriate working relationship, rapport, and confidence with the client.
 Sets up WebEx, Teams, Go to Webinars, and other virtual meetings as needed.
 Makes travel arrangements for Directors and assists with completing expense reports in Concur.
 Manages CPE tracking and registration for assigned individuals.
 Enters time for team on a daily basis when needed.
JOB DESCRIPTION

 Manages calendars for Tax leaders.
 Coordinates work activities with other team members consistent with priorities to ensure that the team/firm approach to
assignments are maintained.
 Greets clients, answers telephone and effectively communicates messages. This responsibility includes assignment to the
main receptionist desk on an as‐needed basis.
 Supports employee‐related special projects.
 Provides assistance to IT with employee desk and equipment setup.

 Identifies opportunities and recommends methods to improve service, and work processes. Assists in the implementation.
