you will assist in maintaining the property in excellent condition. You will complete service requests in a timely and efficient manner while adhering to safety standards. You will complete all turnkey operations and preventative maintenance according to schedule to ensure units are move-in ready as needed. You will assist the Maintenance Supervisor with preparing associate schedules, monitoring inventory, and prioritizing service requests. Your role is essential to maintaining excellent curb appeal and providing residents with an exceptionally beautiful community to call home.

• Turn units in 5 days
• Experience in minor electric repairs
• Appliance Repair
• Plaster/ Drywall Repair
• Painting
• Experience in Lock Replacement
• Experience in Unit Turnovers in old and new buildings
• Have valid driver’s license & a reliable vehicle to use for everyday work assignments and on-call rotation
• Possess own basic tools
