Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Disassemble, troubleshoot, and repair ITT Pump products, including various pump types (Centrifugal, double suction, end suction, horizontal split pumps, etc.).
• Utilize a wide range of tools and equipment for troubleshooting, teardown, and repair tasks.
• Read and interpret complex drawings and diagrams to review specifications.
• Follow machine shop procedures to ensure safe and efficient repair processes.
• Use scales, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments accurately.
• Collaborate with the shop foreman and other team members to ensure high-quality work and meet project timelines.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Pump Mechanic or similar role, with a minimum of [2] years in the field.
• Strong knowledge of ITT Pump products and their components.
• Proficiency in the use of various tools and equipment required for pump troubleshooting and repair.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with machine shop procedures and safety protocols.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to operate machinery like overhead cranes and forklifts safely.

Preferred:

• Skilled in using scales, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and diagrams.
