JOB DESCRIPTION

Marketing Coordinator

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manage and execute all aspects of planning and coordinating internal events and external fundraisers.
  • Coordinate and execute logistics, including event location specifications, Food & Beverage arrangements, and liaising with general contractors.
  • Act as the primary contact for marketing material requests and gather division-specific social media content.
  • Aid in data entry and support donors through company software.
  • Manage fulfillment needs of industry partners for each meeting and event.
  • Oversee co-sponsorship agreements with other industry partners and non-profit organizations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in event planning and project management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient project management skills, with the ability to manage schedules and deadlines for multiple ongoing initiatives.
  • Experience with database software or a demonstrated ability to rapidly learn systems.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently, demonstrating self-initiative.
  • Graphic design experience.
