Customer Care Representative
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities for this role encompass, but are not restricted to:
- Communicate with customers via email.
- Resolve inquiries and complaints promptly with a positive attitude.
- Gather and assess product/service information.
- Provide pricing, delivery details, and process orders.
- Maintain customer accounts and databases.
- Prepare reports based on customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers for satisfaction and orders.
- Coordinate workflow to meet deadlines.
- Direct unresolved issues to appropriate personnel.
- Keep records of interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal departments.
- Escalate customer concerns to management.
- Perform other assigned duties.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of applicable products and markets.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Experience working with customer support. Proficiency in M.S. Office products (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Typing skills. Strong numeric, oral, and written language proficiency.
- Preference is given to qualified visually impaired individuals.
