Customer Care Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities for this role encompass, but are not restricted to:

  • Communicate with customers via email.
  • Resolve inquiries and complaints promptly with a positive attitude.
  • Gather and assess product/service information.
  • Provide pricing, delivery details, and process orders.
  • Maintain customer accounts and databases.
  • Prepare reports based on customer interactions.
  • Follow up with customers for satisfaction and orders.
  • Coordinate workflow to meet deadlines.
  • Direct unresolved issues to appropriate personnel.
  • Keep records of interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments.
  • Escalate customer concerns to management.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of applicable products and markets.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Experience working with customer support. Proficiency in M.S. Office products (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Typing skills. Strong numeric, oral, and written language proficiency.
  • Preference is given to qualified visually impaired individuals.
